Opening options for Notification Panel gives error

Describe the Issue
I am trying to set up the style options for my level 20 affliction warlock. While I understand this add-on is intended for end-game rotations, I've been able to set it up early on in leveling on other alts.
How to Reproduce
- Enter game as Affliction Warlock
- Open Hekili options
- Click on Notification Style
- Get lua error message

Additional Information
It looks like it might be having a bad time with Bartender since that is part of the error that comes up when I click on Notification Panel in the hekili options.
