Before You Begin

I confirm that I have downloaded the latest version of the addon.
I am not playing on a private server.
I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
I edited the title of this bug report (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.

Retail (Dragonflight)

Describe the Issue

Log in, the primary display is not there. right click the hekilli icon (to get the options) and there are no priorities listed. (Note I posted the character data from the issue reporting, but it doesn't show any tellents selected. I do have talents selected) Here is my exported talents: B8DAHVkVsxxZrVqBmAzlSR2f7nAAEIJFRk0EiICBAAAAAAAAAIJJCoASQSSSAAAAA

How to Reproduce

Enter the game as a mage (possibly a lower level one (I'm 49)
Hekili's display is not sowing, right click the hekili icon and see that there are no priorities as seen in the image above.
