Describe the Issue

When playing the assassination rogue it tells me to stealth, mutilate, slice and dice, garrot, mutilate, then I am out of stealth and it recommends sepsis, which I hit then it just stays up, though it's clearly on cd on my action bar.

How to Reproduce

1. Enter the game as assassination rogue
2. Attack target dummy
3. Follow rotation until it reaches sepsis....
4. Wait
