[Retail] Fury Warrior will not show AOE recommendation when display mode set to Auto

Describe the Issue
On fury warrior, when set on "auto" hekili will not swap to the aoe rotation when attacking more than one enemy. But WILL show when set on AOE or Dual. not getting any error messages too
How to Reproduce
1 .Enter game on fury warrior
2. Set spec to Fury ( make sure you have a talent loadout with improved whirlwind/meat cleaver)
3. set Display mode to Auto
4. attack target dummy's (2 or more)
