Spiritwalker's Grace on Shamans

Hi, I'm playing around with the Spiritwalker's Grace spell setup because with Shaman I don't need it in a fast move, I have Wolf there, but for casting on the run. And I want the spell to show up in the main cooldown windows, that is Primary or Aoe, and also meet the condition that the movement distatnce is more than 3 and that I'm not in wolf. So I set in abilities that this spell is not as Interrupt but as Cooldown, further I gave it in Default priorities this condition: "movement.distance > 3 and !buff.ghost_wolf.up". The problem is that even if this condition is not met (checking with hover the mouse over this condition), it still shows up in the recommended icons. Why doesn't it respect this condition when it is met?
** important note: it shows up in second place, maybe it will never make it to the first place in a fight, I'm going to test it
