Avenger's Shield does not generate Holy Power any more

Before You Begin
- I confirm that I have downloaded the latest version of the addon.
- I am not playing on a private server.
- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I edited the title of this issue (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
- I am reporting an issue with the default priority included with the specialization (imported or edited priorities are not supported).

Describe the Issue
The addon still thinks that Avenger's Shield generates Holy Power, but that is not the case any more. This can lead to wrong queue suggestions, e.g. a Holy Power spender on queue position 1 after Avenger's Shield if the player only has 2 Holy Power.
How to Reproduce
- Play Protection Paladin.
- Build to 2 Holy Power.
- See that Avenger's Shield is suggested as next ability.
- See that Shield of the Righteous is shown as the first queued ability.
