- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I edited the title of this issue (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
- I am reporting an issue with the default priority included with the specialization (imported or edited priorities are not supported).

Describe the Issue
Seems to only happen when I am attacking multiple targets but execute will pop up with a arrow pointing right when none of the targets are executable and it did not proc. Now Im not sure if the arrow means switch targets or continue using the rotation from the icon next to it but that wouldnt make sense. And if its telling me to switch targets to execute when its not proced and no ones executable.
How to Reproduce
Enter as Fury warrior
attack pack of mobs around your level
it should pop up after a few pulls
