Stance Bar is not detected in Hekiki + Sees stance as not-toggled when it is

- I am not playing on a private server.
- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I edited the title of this issue (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
- I am reporting an issue with the default priority included with the specialization (imported or edited priorities are not supported).

Describe the Issue
After updating to v10.0.2-1.9.0, I noticed that Heki stopped displaying any flashes for my Arms warrior. Upon further testing, it seems as though the stance bar (Pictured above my player frame) isn't being detected by Hekili, rather instead requiring those stances to be in the actual action bars.
Additionally, after a few moments of flashing the next ability (Charge in this case according to the ordering), it'll go back to flashing on the stance icon (Presumably thinking that it hasn't been toggled), seen here
How to Reproduce
- Enter Game as arms warrior (Or presumably any class that has a precombat tag to trigger a stance)
