Describe the Issue

Power Infusion/Dark Ascension/Void Eruption Not on rotation. I made sure none of them are disabled and they never show up

How to Reproduce

1. Enter game as Shadow Priest
2. Take power infusion,dark ascension, or void eruption talents
3. Rotation Doesnt show any of them
