Describe the Issue

In the Blood DK Action List "default", entry 13. Death Strike the condition is

`buff.coagulopathy.remains <= gcd.max | buff.icy_talons.remains <= gcd.max | runic_power >= variable.death_strike_dump_amount | runic_power.deficit <= variable.heart_strike_rp | target.time_to_die < 10

the part runic_power <= variable.death_strike_dump_amount seems wrong and should be runic_power >= variable.death_strike_dump_amount

Edit: It's the same in action list "standard", entry "3. Death Strike"

I agree; this does appear to be a typo and is inconsistent with other similar conditions. Will revise.

This is addressed in the latest release.
