- I edited the title of this issue (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
- I am reporting an issue with the default priority included with the specialization (imported or edited priorities are not supported).

Describe the Issue
The trinket "Gift of Radiance" (https://www.wowhead.com/item=133647) is not recommended in any rotation. It is off the GCD and should be used on CD.
It is not listed under Gear and Items in the settings on a paladin.
How to Reproduce
- Log on to character with the trinket
- Attack target dummy.
- The rotation will never recommend the trinket.
