Queue showing grimoire: felguard most of the time even when on cooldown and messing up queue

Describe the Issue
grimoire: felguard showing up while on cooldown in the middle of rotations, sometimes theres 2 one with a keybind and one without. was playing great for a few hours (new boosted character) switch to another specilizaton seems fine, tried my hunter seems good, seems to be an issue with demonologly as i swithed to a low level warlock still doing the same thing. i was moving albilities on the action bar when this started to happen. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, reset the profile, i even went into abilities disabled grimoire : felguard and only the one with no keybind showed up then. even removing the talent so i dont have that ability and it still shows. i have no errors in buggrabber either

i think thats part of the issue about 10 secs after the pet times out is when the issues start but it shouldnt be telling me to use something thats on cooldown and if i remove the talent it still tells me to use the ablility even though its greyed out
thank you, summon felguard and grimoire felguard have the same icon, i must have mixed then up on the action bar
