Describe the Issue

UH DK primary suggestions are showing Death and Decay during rotation though the APL and discord do not recommend casting Death and Decay at all in Single target regardless of talent choice.

How to Reproduce

Go to target dummy.
Follow the opener until you reach the point where you begin spamming death coil after gargoyle opener.

Temporary fix in the meantime is I set the minimum targets to 2.

Unable to comment without closing apparently, so testing this today I can't replicate even with slider set to 0. New apl push has a different build being optimal in DK discord so I think that may have an impact but now even when running that build I am unable to get DnD to suggest in ST anymore lol.

This has Death and Decay being suggested for its haste buff and now can't replicate this live. Was originally what I believed to be an error but may actually be intended.

No Unholy Ground or Death's Echo, doesn't seem to suggest DnD in ST which is fine and how it functions on the addon.

So I guess the real question is, where would you like a snapshot to have the addon follow the priority of the new build when talented specifically as such and not suggest DnD when not following the new aforementioned build.
