Describe the Issue

The Addon treats "holy_shield" as an unknown ability and wont recommend it, after switching talents since last logout/reload

How to Reproduce

1. enter game as retribution
2. switch specc to protection
3. ability is not recommended
   --
4. /reload game
5. Ability is recommended
   --
6. switch to retri and back
7. ability is no longer recommended ("ability unknown")
