[REC] Shadow priest stops recommending void eruption when not using Shadow crash

Before You Begin
- I confirm that I have downloaded the latest version of the addon.
- I am not playing on a private server.
- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I edited the title of this issue (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
- I am reporting an issue with the default priority included with the specialization (imported or edited priorities are not supported).
Describe the Issue
Shadow priest rotation breaks when using a ST build not using Shadowcrash. Adding shadowcrash talent makes the rotation work as expected.
How to Reproduce
- Start as shadow priest
- Use the talents BIQAgLWW0w0PLW4I8h9jUYB9zikQSAAAAAAAAAAAAACp4ARSSLNSSSQig0IJJRaEkgQKSLkEAJB
- Follow the starting recomendations when after initial start it breaks and goes to doing filler rotation.

This one would be a good time to have a sim for comparison so I could see if Void Eruption stops being recommended there, too. I'm investigating this now.
