Before You Begin

• I confirm that I have downloaded the latest version of the addon.
• I am not playing on a private server.
• I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
• I edited the title of this bug report (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.

Describe the Issue

When using any toggle, like /hek set cooldowns the state is toggled within the Hekili addon logic, but the weak aura status is not refreshed. When clicking the weakaura the state is properly toggled and refreshed to what it should be, just not when you use the command. I'm assuming the weakaura isn't picking up the state trigger from the addon.

How to Reproduce

1. Install the addon.
2. Install the weakaura.
3. Use /hek set cooldowns
4. Notice the weakaura button state didn't change regardless of the actual toggle command.
