Reccomendation doesn't change after action selected

Before You Begin
- I confirm that I have downloaded the latest version of the addon.
- I am not playing on a private server.
- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I edited the title of this issue (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
- I am reporting an issue with the default priority included with the specialization (imported or edited priorities are not supported).
Describe the Issue
While play Sub Rogue after the most recent update, v10.1.0-1.0.1h, I noticed the recommended action doesn't change and will just get hung up despite selecting that action. It seems to be getting hung up during anything, even selecting poison.Shuriken Storm + Black Powder. Also noticing that it is recommending Single Target actions despite being in AOE.
How to Reproduce
- Enter game as Sub Rogue
- Follow the addons recommendation
- Recommendation doesn't update.
- Appears to get hung up and non responsive.
