[REC] [Enhancement Shaman] Ascendence recommendation before Lightning Bolt/Chain Lightning cast.

Before You Begin
- I confirm that I have downloaded the latest version of the addon.
- I am not playing on a private server.
- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I edited the title of this issue (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
- I am reporting an issue with the default priority included with the specialization (imported or edited priorities are not supported).
Describe the Issue
Situation: Single Target fight. Start of the pull.
Primordial Wave is set to be cast on 2+ targets. There is no problem in recommendations if Primordial Wave is set to be cast on 1 target.
I expect Ascendence being cast after I cast either Lightning Bolt or Chain Lightning after beginning of the fight, thus Thorims Invocation could actually spend Maelstrom Weapon.
But Ascendence was recommended right after Wolves and Flame Shock, before i ever cast Maelstrom spender. (Pull -> Wolves -> Flame Shock -> Ascendence -> Sundering-> Chain Lightning -> Chain Lightning -> Windstrike)
It causes to waste GCD during Ascendence window and first Windstrike is being recomended after 3 GCD during Ascendence, effectively wasting the burst.
Also when i paused to make a Snapshot, I noticed ti_lightning_bolt = true despite neither of maelstrom spenders were cast.
All i have written below is not relevant. Both options (Sundering before or after Ascendence cast) have the same DPS output.

- About Sundering. I understand that according to simcraft it should be recomended after Ascendence. But logically it is more optimal to cast Sundering before Ascendence to save 1 more GCD during Ascendence.
I understand that it is a simcraft problem, but i do not have knowledge to Simulate other model of behaviour. If it is possible i would like to ask people who know how to do this to simulate the following behaviour which might be more optimal, considering most of the raid fights are less than 6 minutes and more than 5 minutes, which makes possible to cast Ascendence only 2 times during the fight. Imo we do not have to force Ascendence as hightest priority.
Cast Ascendence after Sundering and after we spend 2 empowered Chain Lightning from our T30 4piece set.
Duration of 4 piece set is 15 seconds. Duration of Ascendence is 12 seconds, thus we do not lose 4 piece set uptime even if we spend 3 GCDs after tierset buff before casting Ascendence.

- Set Primordial Wave to be cast on 2+ targets.
- Pull
- Follow recommendations of the addon (Wolves -> Flame Shock -> Ascendence)
