Describe the Issue

used coordinated assault but it never suggests kill shot, i am assuming the wrong buff name is in for CA
I changed to buff.coordinated_assault.up & talent.coordinated_kill.enabled for the first iteration of kill shot and removed the !buff.coordinated_assault.up for the second now its recommending properly. Could also be due to "The action (kill_shot) is unusable at (0.00 + 0.00) because requires target health below 20 percent."
