[REC] Interwoven Threads being Recommended for Time Skip When Specced (Passive)

  • I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
  • I edited the title of this issue (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
  • I am reporting an issue with the default priority included with the specialization (imported or edited priorities are not supported).

Describe the Issue

While specced into Interwoven Threads (replaces Time Skip, passive), the passive is displayed during the rotation helper where Time Skip would be used.

How to Reproduce

Spec into Interwoven Threads as Augmentation Evoker (below Time Skip on the specialization tree). Perform the rotation through your first two empowered abilities.

I had this issue earlier when I updated to the 10.1.5-1.0.2 update, but it stopped after I switched to Dev for a while and came back to Augmentation. Ran most of the new dungeon and it never happened.
