Essences are suggested when setting is turned off

Describe the Bug/Issue
Essences toggle is not working. I have Essences turned off but the addon still suggests them.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- /hekili -> Toggles -> un-select Show Essences
Expected behavior
Essences are not suggested
