Unholy DK, reccomendations stop

Happens in single target, and multiple mobs.
after using all the suggestions shown, no more suggestions left given

Describe the Bug/Issue
When DPSing as an Unholy Death Knight, sometimes the add-on stops giving recomendations when you follow the recomendations goven
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Play as Unholy DK and DPS using ability recomendations given by addon
Expected behavior
Expected more recomendations for abilities

2. If reporting a disagreement with the addon's recommendations, please take a snapshot when you observe the issue and provide the snapshot. This is not a screenshot. A snapshot can be generated by binding the Pause feature on the Toggles tab.
