Before You Begin

  • I confirm that I have downloaded the latest version of the addon.
  • I am not playing on a private server.
  • I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
  • I edited the title of this issue (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
  • I am reporting an issue with the default priority included with the specialization (imported or edited priorities are not supported).

Describe the Issue

On my enhance shaman (max level, no tier set, elementalist AoE build) Hekili never recommends using Crash Lightning or Sundering in an AoE situation.
I've switched targeting to "Detect Damaged Enemies" to compensate for the recent range detection fix. The rotation does recommend using Chain Lightning so AoE should be working, it just never recommends Crash Lightning or Sundering, even if I have literally nothing else to cast and I'm waiting for something else to come off cd.
Both major and minor CD toggles are enabled.

How to Reproduce

  1. Enter game as enhance shaman
  2. Take Crash Lightning, Crashing Storms, and Sundering talents.
  3. Get into combat with 2+ targets
  4. Use Hekili indefinitely without it recommended Crash Lightning or Sundering
