Describe the Issue

hi after getting T31 4P no matter how many target you are fighting with the addon still shows you have to press TV [which should show divine storm]
i also have display mode on auto
v10.2.0-1.0.2wtf-b

How to Reproduce

1.enter the game as a ret paladin
2. go to multi target dummys/ or pull multiple enemys
3. build holy power and addons recommends you to use ST spender instead of AOE spender
