Describe the Issue

Is there a specific condition to add to Hekili to have it look at party HP to make a statement true? Something like party_targets.health.pct < 50?
In addition to this, is there a place to see a full list of available variables that are usable here? I realize this list would most likely be huge, but it would be nice to be able to really make unique actions.
