Describe the Issue

While playing my Monk as Brewmaster the cooldown recommendation never recommends Manic Grieftorch.

How to Reproduce

1. Enter game as a Brewmaster monk with Manic Grieftorch equipped.
2. Beat on some dummies.
3. "Summon White Tiger Statue" and "Invoke Niuzao, the Black Ox" are recommended, but after using those nothing else is recommended.

I have cooldowns enabled, Grieftorch is not disabled. When in Windwalker spec the addon is recommending Grieftorch as expected.

After weeks of having a Manic Grieftorch and it not being recommended to my brewmaster suddenly the Manic Grieftorch is now showing up as recommended. Here is an updated pastebin:

Does the addon grab priorities from the web? I don't recall updating the addon, and I don't recall changing any settings for the addon. The only things I've done between the 2 snap shots is gain a Grieftorch on my druid, and removed my AMD 5600X CPU and installed an AMD 5700X3D CPU in my computer. I'm nearly 100% certain that neither of those things would affect this, and this just raises more questions than answers, but I'm happy to see the trinket recommendation pop up.
