Feature Request

I would like Hekili to still publish events to WeakAuras even when the alpha for displays is set to zero.

I am using weakauras to create HUDs that integrate with Hekili. Hiding the Hekili displays causes them to no longer publish recommendation updates to WeakAuras. I am currently working around this by making the displays very small with a very low alpha, but would really like to hide them entirely.

Steps to Rep:

1. Create a weakaura with custom trigger subscribing to the HEKILI_RECOMMENDATION_UPDATE event
2. Add a custom function to print the event details when triggered
3. Hit some training dummies
4. Observe that events are printed from the weakaura
5. Change the PVE alpha of the Primary Hekili display to 0
6. Hit some training dummies
7. Observe that no events are printed from the weakaura

Desired Outcome
Events are still printed in step 7
