Describe the Issue

The Hekili rotation for Destruction Warlock prompts summoning of the Sayaad. However, the SimulationCraft rotation uses the Imp (simmed on Raidbots for 5 targets.) I think the FelHunter would be the best choice in Mythic+ scenarios because of the interrupt, but I understand that's out of the scope of the addon. However, I don't understand why the Sayaad is being prompted at all.

If the Imp is already summoned, Sayaad summoning is not prompted in Hekili.
