Assasination - crimson tempest not being recommended in AoE

- I am not playing on a private server.
- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I edited the title of this issue (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
- I am reporting an issue with the default priority included with the specialization (imported or edited priorities are not supported).
Describe the Issue
I'm in the process of learning Assassination and noticing that crimson tempest is almost never recommended outside of the opener. I've compared this to a sim of my character and I'm seeing that the damage breakdown is pretty different. I might be wrong, but it seems like the addon is recommending rupture to maximize scent of blood stacks even when crimson tempest isn't applied. I don't have a ton of gear, which could be contributing to the problem and maybe this is only a problem at low haste? Thanks!
