Flying Serpent Kick showing up in action list

For some reason flying serpent kick is now showing up in action list since the latest update as of Sept 16th 2018

Needs to be removed and added to offensives.

It's a DPS improvement to use it. I wish it weren't.

It'll be an option eventually. You can always disable FSK.
