Brewmaster Defensive Rotation

Before You Begin
- I confirm that I have downloaded the latest version of the addon.
- I am not playing on a private server.
- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I edited the title of this issue (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
- I am reporting an issue with the default priority included with the specialization (imported or edited priorities are not supported).
Describe the Issue
Im not 100% sure if this is on purpose or not but seems a bit weird. When you have just recently used Celestial Brew for defensive, the rotation instantly recommends another Celestial Brew which seemed weird.
How to Reproduce
Just go to a nearby enemy and make the addon think you are getting damaged then it will recommend you to use defensive skills which will show usually Purifying Brew than right after Celestial Brew.
