Describe the Issue
Typo in DruidBalance.lua line 2842 "talent.starlight.conduit.enabled" to cause freezing when in restoration spec. Should be "talent.starlight_conduit.enabled" instead.
How to Reproduce
Enter game as druid restoration spec.
