Demon Hunter Metamorphosis upgrades have no spell flash

When a Havoc spec Demon Hunter automatically has Metamorphosis applied it doesn't look like the upgraded Chaos Strike and Blade Dance are taken into account, with respect to the SpellFlash integration.

I am not able to replicate this with a current build.
