[REC] Ret Templar Hammer of Light is not shown in queue icons

Before You Begin
- I confirm that I have downloaded the latest version of the addon.
- I am not playing on a private server.
- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I edited the title of this issue (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
- I am reporting an issue with the default priority included with the specialization (imported or edited priorities are not supported).
Describe the Issue
For Templar Ret Paladin, the ability Hammer of Light is never shown in queue icons.
How to Reproduce
- Play as Ret Paladin with Templar hero talents.
- Follow the suggestions until Wake of Ashes is the next ability.
- Check the queue icons.
- Notice that Hammer of Light doesn't show up, even if it is immediately shown as primary icon after using Wake of Ashes.

Additional Information
It looks like this is the problem:
24. hammer_of_light ( finishers - 2 ) - ability unknown
So Hekili would have to assume that the ability is known if the hero talent tree is active.
