Describe the Issue

Holy Paladins are not recommended to use Holy Bulwark/Sacred Weapon in either primary or cooldowns, even when added to the priority list manually. I have been able to get it to work by ripping the relevant Holy Armament code from the Protection Paladin lua file and placing it into the Holy Paladin lua file with no apparent issues.

How to Reproduce

1. Play as Holy Paladin with Lightsmith hero talents.
2. Manually add Holy Bulwark/Sacred Weapon to the priority list, as its not added by default
3. Start attacking dummy and follow generated rotation
4. Notice Holy Bulwark or Sacred Weapon not being recommended

Additional Information

Ripping the relevant Holy Armament code from the protection paladin lua file enables the correct usage of Holy Armaments in the holy rotation. Updated file (converted to .txt) attached for convenience.
