[Brew] Add-on stops providing recomendations

- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.

- I am reporting an issue with the default priority included with the specialization (imported or edited priorities are not supported).

Describe the Issue
As brew, after I've been in combat for 20-30 seconds, my single target recommendations seem to stop generating. You'll see in the screenshot below how it appears to be suggesting Keg Smash despite having no available charges. (The add-on is treating it as if it's off CD and available) This doesn't appear to be exclusive to target dummy's, as I first encountered it fighting the world boss.

How to Reproduce
- Enter game on Brewmaster.
- Head over to a Target dummy
- Hit your buttons for 30-60 seconds, eventually you'll stop getting updated recommendations (with periodic and sporadic updates occasionally)
