Quell not being recommended for Augmentation for interrupts

- I am reporting an issue with the default priority included with the specialization (imported or edited priorities are not supported).

Evoker - Augmentation
Describe the Issue
While playing Augmentation "Quell" spell ID 351338 is not recommended as an option for interrupts, interrupts work on all other classes and specs but will not be and has not been recommended for augmentation.
How to Reproduce
entered follower dungeon as aug, targeted side non essential casting mobs, in or out of combat interrupt is not suggested. Quell is talented spell id 351338
