Describe the Issue

Currently Hekili is not working on Cata PTR, but it is exist in Curse Forge for PTR client. If it is possible can you update it for PTR clinent?

How to Reproduce

1. Enter Cata PTR
2. Can see Hekili icons at the middle
3. Can't see Hekili icon at the mini map
4. /hekili is not working
5. Can't move Hekili icons
