[QUESTION] Is Darting Hurricane applying the GCD haste appropriately?

When speced into Darting Hurricane the player receives a 50% haste to Tiger Palm's GCD (nerfed to 25% in a coming patch), and while the Darting Hurricane stacks seem to be accounted for in SotW and TP handlers, the GCD of Tiger Pam is set to "spell" with no handler expressing the GCD change when stacks of Darting Hurricane >0.

I'm wondering whether or not the effect of Darting Hurricane is being applied correctly in the current Windwalker implementation?
