Stutter on talent changes

Describe the Bug/Issue
If I change talents (regardless if inside of a city or with a tome) there is a small stutter on every change. Even thought it's not the biggest problem it also happens if the enabled option is unchecked. So the addon is loaded but not enabled on the character. It mainly appears if I change to a talent that has not been used since the last reload (i guess reload).
The lag if Hekili is not loaded on the Addon List and it occurs independently of other addons (so all other addons disabled). No errors in Bugsack.
Throtteling updates doesn't change that behaviour!
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Change talent
- Stutter appears
- Uncheck
enabledoption - lag still occurs
Expected behavior
Slight to no lag on talent change. No lag at all if Hekili is disabled with it's own option.
