Describe the Issue

Jadefire Stomp is not recommended.
The conditions are still checking the old names of the talents, instead of
Awakened Jadefire & Jadefire Teachings

How to Reproduce

  1. Enter game as mistweaver monk
  2. Enable "Jadefire Stomp: prevent overlap"
  3. Jadefire Stomp should be the first ability shown
