[REC] Voidweaver shadow priest does not recommend using mind flay insanity at a correct point during entropic rift

Describe the Issue

Playing on my shadow priest, in the entropic rift window once I've used all my void blast charges and I don't need to refresh devouring plague I should be using mind flay insanity. This is not happening as the addon wants me to wait for void blasts cooldown to be finished to cast it. A simulation will not wait.

How to Reproduce

  1. Enter game as shadow priest
  2. Talent into voidweaver and mind flay insanity
  3. Do normal rotation
