[REC] Rotation not predict double evisc.

Describe the Issue

Hekili does not predict double evisc in the opener or any more times.

How to Reproduce

  1. enter game as sub rogue, start the opener rotation, see that it predicts shadow strike after svisc, but you get full combo points after evisc so it shifts to recommend evisc. this is after secret technique into shadow bldades in the opener.

That's the wrong snapshot, you grabbed the one from your separate "cooldowns" display. You'll want to get the one from Primary.

Also, can you explain why it should double evis? What effect or proc or buff is supposed to be making that happen?

I don't know honestly why but the opener is always like this.
