[REC] AoE Fixed Dual Display does not detect weapon buffs

Before You Begin
- I confirm that I have downloaded the latest version of the addon.
- I am not playing on a private server.
- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I edited the title of this issue (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
- I am reporting an issue with the default priority included with the specialization (imported or edited priorities are not supported).

Describe the Issue
I'm using the Fixed Dual Display to have ST and AoE recommendations up all the time. The AoE display does not detect my weapon buffs tho the Primary one does. This has been an issue since around December 11, 2024 and I have tried reinstalling the addon as well as removing the only customization I've done (adding an Override Keybind Text for Flametongue Weapon under Abilites).
How to Reproduce
Syrif helped me troubleshoot this but could not reproduce it and so directed me to put in a ticket.
I am able to recreate this every time by casting Windfury Weapon, Flametongue Weapon, Skyfury, Lightning Shield, and Earth Shield.
Once I do that, the Primary display goes on to recommend my trinket and Feral Spirit and the AoE display asks for Windfury Weapon and Flametongue Weapon again.
