Before You Begin

• I confirm that I have downloaded the latest version of the addon.
• I am not playing on a private server.
• I checked for an existing, open ticket for this request and was not able to find one.

Feature Request

I usually toogle major cooldown to keep some skills in various situations, but sometimes forget that I have turned it off.
It would be great if I can use an indicator, colored border, or something that shows cooldown toggle status.
