Describe the Issue

When the 1214467 version of RoF is selected, Hekili does not recommend RoF. When switched over to 5740 version, it's recommended again.

How to Reproduce

1. Select RoF choice node 1214467
2. Go into AOE where RoF would be used
3. No RoF icon is displayed.

Hello, problem is still there

Be sure you are on the newest version, and that you aren't using the dornogol AoE dummies. If you are, you need to manually turn on the AOE display, they are bugged.
