[REC] Upheaval is not being recommended in any fight type

Describe the Issue

Upheaval is not being recommended when Ebon Might is active and after Fire Breath. This worked in version v11.0.7-1.0.4. I am receiving a warning saying "Attempted to apply unknown aura 'upheaval'."

How to Reproduce

  1. Start combat with solo or cleave training dummies or boss
  2. cast ebon might
  3. cast fire breath
  4. upheaval is not recommended after that

The Aug APL had not yet been updated for season 2 at the time of this report. If the issue still happens after the next addon release, you can reopen with a new snapshot
