[BUG] Aldrachi Reaver Vengeance Demon Hunter infight Hekili gone

Before You Begin
- I confirm that I have downloaded the latest version of the addon.
- I am not playing on a private server.
- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I edited the title of this bug report (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
Describe the Issue
I did not get the Issue on the Dummy. This always happens in a dungeon. I started a follower Dungeon to test and to create a Snapshot. Sometime hekil is not showing any recommendation and then suddenly Hekili sows a Trinket that is still on cooldown for nearly 10 seconds. This only happens if i use the Hero Talent Aldrachi Reaver.
How to Reproduce
- Enter a follower Dungeon
- Big Pull and follow recommendation of hekili until the error occurs

Get this same issue with Aldrachi but not fel reaver,
Running M+ 80% of the time Hekili is fine, but then the other 20% there is nothing there or it shows trinket only.
You are not running the newest version of the addon, make sure you stay up to date. And additionally, the next version has more DH stuff in it.

I mean its up to date from curseforge, do i need an alpha or beta?
Can confirm, all addons updated, its also occuring in delves
You are not up to date with curseforge, maybe close out curseforge completely and re-open it.
