Shadow priest void blast recommended while still on cd

Describe the Issue
Void blast is recommended with 4-5 seconds on cd while testing on the single target dummy in dorn.
How to Reproduce
Just follow the hekili priorities and it'll recommend void blast with 4ish seconds on cd still

I'm not able to recreate this issue. Can you get the screenshot that this snapshot took? It should be saved to your wow screenshots folder.
There doesn't seem to be one in the screenshot folder of that snapshot. I only use spell flash so no icon is displayed and it is not consistent when it recommends it on cd.
Sometimes. It's an older addon that was last updated 7 years ago. It gets more and more difficult to keep it working.
That's more likely to be a spellflash error. If you turn spellflash off and just play with the regular queue, does it happen?
