- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I edited the title of this issue (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
- I am reporting an issue with the default priority included with the specialization (imported or edited priorities are not supported).

Describe the Issue
MM Hunter - Not tracking CD - Spells just used that are on CD still showing as next spell
When rotation begins on Trueshot - after using Trueshot it stays in 1st place for next spell in line and all other spells are frozen there as well even when on CD. lasts about the length of the first 3-4 spells and then it seems to start reacting correctly.
